Orders for ready-to-ship Vastu products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a complete refund.
Specially crafted spatial instruments and attuned frequency devices enter production quickly and cannot be canceled once assembly begins.
Once your order has left our warehouse facility, cancellation is no longer available and standard return procedures apply.

Review your order confirmation email to ensure your items have not yet been marked as shipped.
Submit a formal cancellation request with your order number and full name before the 24-hour cutoff.
Upon verification, a full reimbursement will be issued to your original payment account within 5 business days.
